Our interior design process begins with a Discovery Call and Questionnaire. From there we meet for a detailed consultation to understand your needs, preferences, and lifestyle. We then create customized design concepts, collaborate with you to refine the vision, present drawings, and 3D renderings. Once the selections are made and design is agreed upon we proceed with the implementation phase.

After the Discovery Call, if we agree that your project is a great fit, we move on to the Design Strategy Session. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other better. We'll discuss your project goals, style preferences, budget, and timeline and if time permits, we will begin to measure and document your space. It's essential for us to understand your vision fully.

Although our Discovery Call is complimentary, there is a $500 investment cost for the Design Strategy Session. We treasure your time as much as we do ours, and we promise that this session will be valuable to you, even if it's a standalone experience.

As each project is unique, the cost will vary based on the scope and complexity of the design. Upon completion of the Design Strategy Session and creation of a comprehensive scope of work, we will provide a flat-flee proposal that outlines the overall Style, timeline, budget and all of the ways we’ll transform your space.

Absolutely! Our design services include sourcing and selecting furniture, accessories, and decor to complement the overall design and create a cohesive and inviting space.

Our 7-Step No Surprise Process for Project Completion ensures that projects are delivered in a smooth and timely manner. We create detailed project timelines and milestones, ensuring efficient progress with an emphasis on client care and communication at all times. If issues arise during a project, our clients are always apprised of both the problem and the planned solution.

Our principal designer Michelle Fleischhacker holds a Diploma in Interior Design, an AKBD certification in kitchen and bath design through the NKBA and is an Accredited Member of the Decorators and Designers Association of Canada.

Because we take the necessary time to understand our clients wants and needs and provide an initial design concept to make certain we are on the right track before providing the final proposal, minimal revisions are usually required. Our design fee includes one set of revisions to ensure the final design aligns with your vision.
